As of Friday, September 19, 2008, the ARDL Portal now has two tools that can help users with their passwords!
The tools are located on the left side of the main page, under "PASSWORD TOOLS"
First of all, there is the CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD feature. Once you are already logged into the portal, you can click on it to change your password from what it is now to something new! This can be handy if you do not like your current password, or if you just want to create a new password for yourself!
The second feature is "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" This will allow you to reset your password if you forgot it, or if you are having trouble getting logged in. You will need your portal user name and your email address to use this feature. Once you request a password reset, you will receive an email explaining what to do from there! It is that easy!
We are always trying to add new features that will (hopefully) make using the ARDL Portal easier to use!
